“The Museum That Joe Built “is a short, independently produced documentary that shines a light on the life of Joe Whelan of Kilrush, County Clare – a remarkable man with an extraordinary devotion to Irish history and agricultural nostalgia. In celebrating Joe’s work, Miltown Malbay library are showing this documentary that honours rural life as a vital and enduring part of Irish culture on Friday 21st August at 12pm. All are welcome.
