You are the salt of the earth,
You are the light of the world,
Together we are the body of Christ.
As a baby you were baptised in Christ,
At seven years you were invited to eat from
the altar of God,
And later the church confirmed the gift of God’s Spirit given to you.
Go now from this holy place,
Treasure in your heart the wonder
of who you are
And may the words you have heard here
ever echo in your mind.
